This house is perfectly set up to enjoy the outdoor island lifestyle, with a covered entertaining deck with lounge and BBQ, a gazebo and a sparkling inground pool. Tropical gardens vibrant with green, leafy plants and palm fronds set the ambiance while days are spent lazing about on the sun lounges by the lagoon-style pool. Relax back on the deck over a BBQ meal or chat together with a few holiday drinks under the gazebo. The kids will have the time of their life splashing in the large pool and running around on the grass in the enormous fenced yard. 

Indoor and outdoor living merge seamlessly together via fantastic bifold doors that open up completely. Beautifully polished floorboards flow throughout the house, which features lovely island-style decor and light and airy rooms. Open plan living encompasses an air-conditioned lounge area with comfy couches and a TV, along with a bench-style dining table and a fully equipped, modern kitchen. Meal preparation will be as easy as in your own kitchen with the spacious room featuring a dishwasher, oven, gas cooktop, microwave and full sized fridge, plus all the dishes, utensils and cooking implements you will need.

There is also a convenient study area if you need to work or study, or just post some holiday snaps for your friends back home - WiFi is, of course, included so data won't be a concern.

Stroll 800m to the marina and watch the boats glide in, or follow the coastline around to the Nelly Bay foreshore and playground for a swim or snorkel and a stroll along the sand. Your holiday home is also an easy walk to the ferry, just 900m away and the island bus stop is just 30m from your door.
