This spacious premium beachfront 2 bedroom unit of 115 square metres, has stunning uninterrupted 180 degree views of the beach. It has been recently renovated and styled by an Interior Designer and is situated on Horseshoe Bay seconds from the beach, and 100m to the restaurants and cafes.
A spacious veranda overlooks beautiful Horseshoe Bay beach where you will want to spend time all your time relaxing, enjoying the view, the spectacular evening sunsets, or morning sunrises.
The apartment has a King bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms in the unit, one an ensuite.
The apartment has recently installed unlimited WiFi with Starlink, the fastest WiFi on the island. An inviting pool is located in the complex. A BBQ area beside the pool is also available for guests.
The unit has a full kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher, a dining room and a very comfortable lounge area.

There are also two x 1 bedroom apartments downstairs, which can also be booked, Sails beachfront Units 5 and 6. Each unit has a Queen bed, ensuite bathroom, kitchen, loungeroom and similar unlimited WiFi. This is ideal for a larger group wishing to holiday together while enjoying separate living areas. The whole 3 unit complex can be booked together or separately.

Sails on Horseshoe Apartment 4 is directly across the street from the beach of Horseshoe Bay. The unit has a large balcony with an outdoor dining table, perfect for enjoying the stunning view. You can enjoy the sunrises and beautiful sunsets from here.
There is an open plan, spacious living area, including a dining area and lounge all with views to the ocean.

There is a lovely welcoming communal outdoor pool in the complex, which is surrounded by lush foliage and gardens. This area also contains a guest BBQ, with table and chairs for entertaining.

Bedroom 1: King bed, a built in robe, and an ensuite with a shower and toilet. This bedroom has an amazing view of the beach from your very comfortable bed.
Bedroom 2 : 2 single beds and built in robe. This bedroom has a view over the pool and garden area The second bathroom is next to Bedroom 2, and has a shower, bath and toilet.

The popular Horseshoe Bay Beach is just across the street, and cafes and restaurants are a 3 minute walk away. Go swimming, snorkelling, kayaking or paddle boarding in the beautiful clear waters of Horseshoe Bay. Take a scenic boat cruise or visit the local Horseshoe Bay market. Go bushwalking to Radical, Florence or Balding Bay, or head to the Forts, to spot koalas and the WWII ruins, a 5 minute drive or bus trip, away.
Wildlife is in abundance at Magnetic Island. Watch turtles pop their heads above the water from the apartment veranda or see wallabies visit each evening. Enjoy the numerous bird species in the trees around the property from the veranda and perhaps be visited by cheeky Rainbow lorikeets each morning.
