Bush tucker is Australian terminology for the huge variety of herbs, spices, fruits, flowers and animals that are native to Australia. Aborigines have been eating bush tucker for 50,000 years and it is now developing into an interest with local restaurants Australia over seeking “new” tastes and combinations.

Breakfast is held each Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. 8:30am to 10am.

The chef cooked breakfast is set within a outdoor area amongst native trees and a scene typical to outback Australia. During the course of the morning you will be greeted by native Australian animals including Koala’s, Harry the wombat and lizards.
