Nelly Bay to Arcadia track = 6km / 2 hours.
The walk beings at the far end of Mandalay Avenue in Nelly Bay.
The track begins through a cool patch of rainforest and proceeds into a steady climb to the saddle of the ridge with beautiful views through to Horseshoe Bay. The walk continues along the ridge through open eucalypt forest then down into Arcadia.
This is a great walk to spot wildlife such as kookaburras, kangaroos and koalas and there are also seasonal waterfalls and swimming holes during the wet season.
